Who we are

Accurate information, clear paths, easy to look up

Key terms are listed prominently; specifics live on dedicated pages and legal text - marketing copy never substitutes for a binding contract term.

We clearly disclose product specs, billing rules and support paths on the site, and make sure that information is consistent with the contract and order documents.

Kvmzen provides cloud servers running on real macOS for development and business teams: remote graphical desktops, SSH access, build/test pipelines and software delivery are all covered. Users manage instances, review billing and handle day-to-day operations through a unified dashboard.

We follow a principle of accuracy, verifiability and easy collaboration: the orders and status shown in the dashboard match the backend, making team audits and division of work easier; wherever something is unclear, our help docs and support tickets provide a traceable record.

What we're solving

Many teams need a macOS environment for builds, signing or testing, but don't want to keep a physical Mac around long-term for short-lived tasks. Kvmzen puts real hardware in the data center so you can rent by the cycle and deploy by the node.

What we hold ourselves to

The specs and price listed on the plans page are exactly what you order; check the instance details in the dashboard once it's provisioned. If anything differs, your order and ticket records take precedence, and we work to reconcile the information to a verifiable state.

Who it's for

Different scales, the same macOS foundation

Below are common customer profiles; if your use case isn't listed, a daily trial is a low-risk way to check the fit.

Independent developers

Code locally on Windows / Linux, move Xcode compiles and simulators to a cloud Mac; try a short daily rental first, then switch to monthly if it works out.

Mobile product teams

Isolate certificates across multiple instances for multiple projects; designers, PMs and backend engineers view real-hardware UI over VNC, cutting down "works on my machine" back-and-forth.

CI / build pipelines

Run a dedicated Runner for Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Fastlane without sharing a build queue with anyone else; go monthly / quarterly for long-running setups.

AI & experimental workloads

Move inference, training or toolchain validation to an M4 node, keeping only orchestration local; the 24GB tier suits multitasking and larger models running in parallel.

How it works

From learning about us to day-to-day ops, in four steps

Kept deliberately short; details for each step live on the pricing page, Help Center and dashboard.

  1. Review specs

Compare memory, disk, region and billing cycle on the pricing page; browsing doesn't require logging in.

  2. Order & pay

Pick a configuration and pay; guest orders can be merged into your account by logging in from the same browser.

  3. Ticket provisioning

Once paid, your order enters the delivery queue; track progress in your dashboard and tickets, and receive connection details once ready.

  4. Remote operations

Connect via SSH / VNC; power actions and renewals are all handled in your dashboard.

What we offer

One product line, from ordering to support

All of the capabilities below are self-serve on the site; specifics follow the live information on each dedicated page.

Mac cloud servers

Compute, storage and network resources by plan, with a choice of region. See plan details for specs and pricing, and order via the configurator.

Dashboard & console

View instance details, SSH / VNC connections, power status and support tickets in one unified dashboard; order status stays in sync with the backend for easier collaboration and auditing.

Documentation & customer support

Usage guides and FAQs are in the Help Center; for business inquiries and other matters, submit via Contact Us.

Ticket-based provisioning

Provisioning is scheduled from the ticket queue after payment; power actions, configuration checks and issue reports all go through the same ticket system with trackable progress.

Flexible billing cycles

Day / week / month / quarter are all supported; go short for trials, subscribe for always-on builds. Disk can be added as an add-on - see the plans page for specifics.

Dedicated network egress

Every instance gets its own IPv4 and 1 Gbps bandwidth; transfers, dependency pulls and remote desktop never compete with anyone else's line.

Typical use cases

Work that fits a cloud Mac perfectly

The same product capability lands in different parts of different teams' workflows - here are the ones we hear about most.

Native iOS / macOS development

Full Xcode toolchain, simulators and a signing environment; operate remotely over SSH / VNC, with transfers on dedicated bandwidth.

App release & certificate management

Provisioning profiles, archiving and release flows stay reproducible in a traceable macOS environment; isolate multiple projects across multiple instances.

Automated builds & testing

XCTest, UI automation and multiple simulator versions; pin your test baseline on a dedicated machine to reduce environment drift.

Cross-region collaboration & demos

Deploy in the nearest data center so colleagues in different time zones see the same real-hardware output over VNC; great for design reviews and remote demos.

Short daily trials

When you're not sure about long-term needs, validate compile speed and network latency on a daily plan first, then decide whether to move to monthly / quarterly.

Local model & toolchain experiments

Move heavy workloads to a data-center M4, keeping only orchestration on your laptop; suited to ML toolchain validation and batch jobs.

How we operate

Three principles, from pre-sales to support

Transparent pricing & specs

Prices, technical specs and billing cycles are publicly listed on the site; material changes affecting user rights are communicated in accordance with the Terms of Service, order terms and notices as required by law.

Data security & privacy

Personal information handling follows our Privacy Policy; we take reasonable technical and organizational measures, as required by law, to protect your data.

Reachable customer support

We maintain formal channels like support tickets and email; staff follow up on inquiries and complaints within compliance requirements, so requests stay recorded and traceable.

Regions & deployment

Multi-region data centers - pick the node nearest your team

Reduces remote-desktop and transfer latency; stock and available regions follow live data on the order page.
