No need to dig through a long manual - jump straight to your current stage: haven't ordered yet, just paid, already connected, or need to check billing. Specifics always follow the pricing page and support ticket replies.

Click a stage title to jump to that Q&A section; each question has a shareable link like #faq-4.
Dedicated hardware, bandwidth/IP, regions and add-ons - confirm the delivery format before ordering.
Orders enter the ticket queue after payment; subscriptions and one-time charges show up separately on your bill.
Grab SSH / VNC credentials from the dashboard; keep your connection details private.
Power actions go through tickets; instance details and expiry are all in the dashboard.

These answers describe the common plan formats; if your order has special terms, your contract and support ticket take precedence.
Plans are delivered as dedicated Mac hardware, aimed at remote development, builds and desktop use. Whether the whole machine is dedicated and the exact isolation granularity follow your contract and ticket delivery notes; log in to the dashboard to confirm the current instance spec and connection details.
Standard plans are labeled 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth and dedicated IPv4 (see the pricing page). If a shared-resource tier ever exists, it will be clearly labeled on the order page and in order details, never mixed in by default.
Pick a node on the pricing page at checkout, commonly including Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, US West and more (the full list follows live stock on the order page). Once provisioned, the IP and egress route follow the selected region - see plan details.
An add-on that links multiple machines at high speed via Thunderbolt 5, useful for multi-machine collaboration scenarios. Check the bridging add-on on the order page; it's billed on the same cycle as the host - pricing is on the add-ons table.
Remote access
VNC for the graphical desktop, SSH for the command line; credentials are in the dashboard - don't display them publicly.
Once your instance is ready, log in to My Account, open VNC from the instance card under "My instances", or open the remote desktop page and follow the prompts to connect using your order number and token. Treat the token like a temporary key and keep it safe after use.
Copy the sample SSH command (host, port, username, etc.) from the instance card in your dashboard and run it in your local terminal. Use the key or password you received, and never upload your private key to an untrusted environment or code repository.
Dashboard & tickets
Since these are physical machines, power on/off is carried out by our ops team via a ticket, not an instant toggle like a local VM.
Start a power action (power on / off / restart) on the target instance under "My instances". The request goes into the ticket system, and our ops team updates the status once it's done; turnaround depends on the queue and data center scheduling.
Log in to My Account and check Overview / My instances for CPU, memory, disk, IP, region, and SSH / VNC access details. If anything looks off, open a ticket with your order number so we can check it.
Provisioning & billing
Daily is mostly one-time; weekly / monthly / quarterly are mostly subscription renewals. If you ordered as a guest, log in from the same browser to merge the order into your account.
Successful payment immediately enters the ticket and provisioning process. Exact wait time depends on stock, review and configuration - track progress via your order and dashboard; you'll typically get an email or on-site notification once it's ready (subject to your actual setup).
Once logged in, check the billing / orders area of your dashboard (such as the ledger, invoice list, or order list) for status, billing cycle, expiry date and renewal history. Weekly / monthly / quarterly plans auto-renew unless cancelled before they expire; daily plans are one-time purchases. If you ordered as a guest, log in from the same browser to merge it into your account.
Human help
Our support team needs enough context to resolve things in one pass - the more complete your order number and repro steps, the fewer round-trips needed.
Reach us via the ticket system or through the methods on the Contact Us page. When describing an issue, include your order number, instance identifier, symptoms and timeline; for connection issues, attach the steps you've already tried and any error screenshots.
Pricing details are on the plans page; instance and ticket actions are in the dashboard; if you still can't self-serve, contact us with your order number.
