Existing customers should use a dashboard ticket - your order number and instance ID are attached automatically, and you can track troubleshooting and delivery progress in the same place. Pre-sales and business inquiries can go by email; for self-service, check the Help Center first.

Preferred path

Open a ticket in the dashboard,
give us everything up front

Log in to your dashboard, create a ticket and pick a category. You can also open a ticket for a specific instance from "My instances", which attaches the context automatically.

  1. Log in to your dashboard

Use the email you ordered with; guest orders can be merged into your account by logging in from the same browser.

  2. Create and pick a category

Provisioning status, connection issues, billing questions and more each have their own entry, so they route to the right queue.

  3. Follow up and close it out

Replies stay in the ticket thread, making handoffs easy; once resolved, confirm closure on the same page.
